Aquatic Physical Therapy is the multidisciplinary approach to rehabilitation that uses water as an environment for healing, strengthening & relaxation. Therapists use the properties of buoyancy, support, heat and accommodating resistance to accomplish goals that would be more difficult to achieve on land. Techniques used in aquatic physical therapy include, but are not limited to:

           Therapeutic Exercise

           Functional Training

           Neuromuscular Re-Education

The therapy pool is located at 623 Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard, Severna Park, MD at the Severna Park Community Center (within close walking distance from our Severna Park clinic)
